Cooking Up Better Lives is looking to build or renovate a full kitchen for a recognized non-profit cause or organization.

Nominations are open to the members of Excell,
culinary and related educational programs, non-profit agencies and
members of the advisory committee.
The link below provides the formal call for nominations that lists
the following:
- Types of facilities, individuals and causes that can be nominated
- Selection criteria
- Timeline
- Categorical breakdown: equipment, scholarship, cash or discretionary cause
- Past recipient examples
Nominations
will be accepted on a rolling basis, however the review of the
nominations will occur only twice a year in March and October.
Nominations not awarded will be considered the following period, but no
more than that 2nd time unless resubmitted.
